The top 5 things I did this year to keep my family organised

The top 5 things I did this year to keep my family organised

If you could use one word to sum up your year, what would you use?

For me, 2016 has been a year I would simply call 'hectic'!

With our home renovation, having to move out for 4 months, the huge process of moving back in, our continued work on home projects, my husband's long work hours, me working every spare second on moving my business forward, and big changes with the kids, it has been one hectic year for sure! However, although it may sound like it, I am definitely not complaining. Our renovation has been truly life-changing and I am appreciative every day of what we have accomplished. We are extremely blessed to live the life that we do. But I sure am ready for a break over Christmas!

I think everyone starts to feel this way as the year comes to a close, so it's a good time to reflect on the things that are working in your household... and those areas you want to improve on for next year. Here's a list of the top 5 things I did this year to keep my family organised, and the ones I want to improve on for 2017.

How to set up a super-organised wardrobe

How to set up a super-organised wardrobe

I recently shared with your our new master bedroom and the nice big empty space we had awaiting us for a new walk-in wardrobe. Well, me being me, I just couldn't wait any longer to get it set up! It was driving me nuts having to go up and down the stairs to our old bedroom every time I needed something to wear... which happens more than you think #firstworldproblems. Sick of my whinging, hubby bit the bullet one night and got to work.

So today I'm showing you around the new and exciting look that I've finally had the time to implement. I wanted to show you exactly how these new changes can benefit you in order to create a better user experience, and maybe even discover a feature of The Organised You that you never knew existed! Here are the different changes I've made...
