10 steps to getting your fridge organised

10 steps to getting your fridge organised

An organised fridge can be a real game-changer in terms of how you use your kitchen and the amount of time you spend in it. The kitchen is called 'the heart of the home' for good reason, as the majority of our time is spent here, be it preparing meals, putting away the groceries, baking, grabbing snacks, making coffees, doing the dishes, organising the lunchbox... it all adds up!

How you organise your fridge (and freezer and pantry!) can really reduce the amount of time you spend doing these daily tasks. Having an organised fridge will also save you money, and make it run a lot more efficiently. Today I'm outlining the 10 steps you can take to be able to easily access everything in your fridge, and keep it looking sorted and organised! Are you up for the challenge?

Client Space: Taking back the home office & storage spaces

Client Space: Taking back the home office & storage spaces

My most recent client makeover was for a very dear friend, so it was a really great experience and one of my favourite makeovers! I love helping out all of my clients, but when they are friends it makes the process all the more enjoyable. Not only do we take the 'organising journey' together, I also get to hear about the positive impact and benefits of the newly organised space once the job's complete, which is the bit I love most about my job as a personal organiser!

80 things you can purge to declutter your home

80 things you can purge to declutter your home

Consider this statement: The less stuff you own, the more clean and clutter-free your house becomes. Makes sense right? Decluttering and organising is all about freeing up space to gain a more relaxed, clean and easy flow in your home. It is also amazing to discover how a clutter-free space can give you a more positive mindset and productive approach towards each day. A good purge and declutter will not only provide you with a more calm and clear approach to your day-to-day life, it will also leave your home feeling more open and with a more pleasant atmosphere.

Our daughter's bedroom makeover

Our daughter's bedroom makeover

I'm so excited to be sharing this makeover with you today! As I spoke about in the previous post, where I shared the 8 lessons we learned from doing this whole project, it was definitely a long time in the making, largely because of the construction work. We also had to try out quite a few combinations to get the furniture just right in this small space, but we're happy with the final result. Our baby girl loves her bedroom and plays in here a lot, so that's a win in my books. Hope you enjoy the new bedroom tour as much as we loved putting it all together!
